At Bright Blue Services, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services to meet our customers’ expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a structured refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

There were significant issues with the quality of cleaning that were reported within 24 hours of service completion.

The cleaning crew failed to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notification or rescheduling.

Payment was charged incorrectly due to system errors or billing mistakes.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must:

Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the cleaning service.

Provide a detailed explanation of the issue, including photographs if applicable.

Allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation through a re-cleaning service before a refund is processed.
Refund Approval and Processing

If a re-cleaning is not possible or does not resolve the issue, a partial or full refund will be issued based on the severity of complaint.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Any discounts or promotions applied at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The dissatisfaction is due to unrealistic expectations beyond the scope of service.

The customer did not provide access to the property at the scheduled time, resulting in service cancellation.

The cleaning service was completed as per the checklist, and no valid issues were reported within 24 hours.

Personal preference complaints without clear evidence of service deficiency.
